A Message from the President

Dear Fans of AIBotics,

Past editions of AIBotics were simply awesome! I had such a good time with “Lovot” at our last onsite event in Singapore.  It was gentle and nice but could not speak human language to me. In our upcoming series of AIBotics, we shall continue to collaborate with our partners in the Asia Pacific Region. You can check the highlights of our Partner Events here.

Connecting Technology to Human Values
—from Learning Tech to Ageing Tech

Technologies are certainly and increasingly outpacing our ability to deal with them as humans. The fundamental problem is that we are not well trained to be systematic thinkers naturally (given a choice the larger human community would choose to follow instructions.)

Skills of the future is not about attending another workshop or
6-month course,  humans will have to be able to establish critical and rational understanding why a situation happens, and what we want to do about, and then how and if we're not trained to be systematic thinkers, technology will outpace us.

Young or old, AIBotics shall have a message for you; join us at our next AIBotics meet-up as we journey on to leverage technology to make us a Better Human! See you at AIBotics soon!
